Year 6 pupils made it a Children in Need Day to remember when they decided to organise a fun event for the school. Led by Lydia Athey and a small committee, Upper 4 ran a fund-raising morning in the hall. There were games to play and stalls of toys and items donated by supportive friends, including a lot of wonderful cakes! All the school visited and joined in with enthusiasm. A grand sum of £170 was raised which was sent to Children in Need. We are very proud of the way this was done by the children. The whole event was initiated by them and put together with only a small amount of guidance from staff and parents. Very well done!
